Video sessions for couples are equally effective. I will help to guide you through this beneficial process, whether you are able to sit together during our sessions or accessing from separate locations. I will help you to create strong communication, emotional connection and strengthen your bond.
How Does It Work?
I use Telehealth by Simple Practice for online video sessions. If you are using a laptop or desktop with a camera there is no need to download anything prior to your session.
If you are using a tablet or phone, simply download Telehealth by Simple Practice in your app store prior to your session.
Before the start of your session I will send an email with a link to join our meeting. Once you click on the link, you will be taken to the site into a private space for the session.
This is very easy to access and user friendly.
Tips For Online Sessions
Find a private and quiet space for your sessions.
Test your Wi-Fi for a secure and strong connection.
Laptops or desktops are ideal as they are stable and allow for your face to appear straight in the camera.
When using a tablet or phone. Please find a spot to prop up your device so you are not holding it during our session and the camera remains stable.
For couples: when possible, please sit together in front of one device.
